Our annual Black Friday event was such a success, and we’re so thankful for all who came out to make it happen. The day started off on a sweet note, with The Goods Doughnuts and Copa Vida warming us all up from the inside out (covid-safe, of course). This was well deserved for our loyal shoppers, two of the gals having waited since 10 pm the night before! The dedication and love we received from all our customers simply blew us away, and we really wanted to make sure our community felt appreciated. A variety of delicious doughnuts (French Toast was our favorite) and a pour over bar from Copa Vida greeted our shoppers at the door. To comply with covid regulations and keep everyone safe, we kept our capacity to a minimum, which meant a longer line outside, but our “Liv3 Loves” were so patient and made the most of their time in line.
The captivating voice of local musician Julianna Zachariou filled the space as she sang originals and classic holiday songs, while moms, daughters, sisters, boyfriends, husbands, and more browsed our space—which we re-merchandised to reflect our recent re-brand. There was a gift-wrapping station, and we had just filled the store with a bunch of fresh plants and home decor, as well as a whole lot of fun new arrivals in the clothing section. The first 33 shoppers received a gift card, which has been a tradition of ours that we look forward to each year. We had so much fun seeing you get excited about the holiday gifts and “me” gifts you found—and we enjoyed making new friends, as well as catching up with longtime customers who have become friends.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. To our customers, our loyal shoppers...we could not have gotten through this year without you. Thank you to The Goods for the delicious doughnuts and for being such a vital part of our last few Black Friday events. Thank you to Copa Vida for your wonderful coffee and service. And thank you, Julianna Zachariou, for filling the space with your melodious voice and awesome personality. Cheers to making it through this year, and cheers to the hope of many more!
